The Tic-Tac-Toe game is an abstract puzzle game, with no real-world connection to the game, and no rules other than the ones you create yourself. You can play against your friends, with the computer, or with the app itself.
The Tic-Tac-Toe game is played on a grid that is 3 squares by 3 squares. The game begins with two players, who take turns marking the spaces. If a player ends up with three of their marks in a diagonal, horizontal, or vertical row, they win.
If a player has three marks in a row, but not in a diagonal, they win. If a player has no marks in a row, they lose. There are also levels that have a goal of 3 marks in a row, and other levels that have higher goals.
The goal is to be the first player to win.
